We had a fabulous time and you have an absolutely beautiful property and home which is extremely well appointed. Rose was very very good - friendly and welcoming and really unobtrusive. It was wonderful to have bins emptied, surfaces wiped down, beds made etc. Great service [...]. So in all a great holiday and I'd like to say that dealing with you seemed very easy, straight forward and warm.
