La cuisine - at 35 feet long this is the largest room in the house.  It opens onto both the north and south terraces through large stone arched doors.  Its central table can seat 14 comfortably for any meal and there are two high chairs for younger guests. At Christmas one year we decided to jolly up the ceiling with colourful "Toiles du Soleil" and now think that they look pretty all year round!

The kitchen is very well equipped with a range cooker (six gas hobs, two electric ovens, including a spit); an American style fridge providing cold water and ice; two sinks: a food preparation area with a Belfast sink and large elm chopping board, and a washing-up area with a stainless steel double sink and a dishwasher next to the vaisselier.  It has all the knives and cooking tools we could discover and the knives are sharp!  To take a kitchen tour with our youngest director watch the movie!

For al fresco dining there is a gas barbecue and on the south terrace a table for 14 whilst on the north terrace there's a round table for 6.

There is also a laundry room with a sink, a high capacity washing machine and separate dryer, as well a washing lines; an iron and board are also available.  There is also plenty of washing hanging space outside to dry pool towels etc.
