La piscine

Set back on its own terrace of land (the old vegetable garden) about 100m down from the house, the swimming pool is 12 by 6 metres with steps at the shallow end.  It is open from May to October and can be heated. It has a saline filtration system thought to be kinder to skin and eyes than straight chlorine. There is a pergola with table, chairs and sun loungers for comfort.  For safety, the pool area is fenced with a lockable gate and the pool is alarmed, but guests use the pool at their own risk.  A word of caution: The steps may be slippery when wet (!) and particular care should be taken with children and by less able swimmers.

La Chapelle - dating from the 12th or 13th century with its characteristic templar motif carved on the west facade. Currently used as a storage barn, it is kept locked for safety reasons.
